How do I know if my order qualifies for free shipping?

If you met the minimum order amount of USD1000, you will have the option of choosing free shipping on checkout. It is not selected by default, and you have to choose it. Otherwise you will be charged for whatever shipping method is chosen.

You will be notified within 24 hours of the order (during business hours, next business day if order is placed on weekends) if there is an issue with stock, and estimated delivery time.

If ordered before noon Eastern North America Time Zone, we will try to ship out same day if express shipping option is chosen. If standard shipping option or free shipping option, we will endeavour to ship out same day or next day. Assuming we have the item in stock.

Standard or ground shipment via UPS is next day to 8 days depending on distance. Delivery time during the day is not guaranteed, but expected by close of business, usually 5pm.

Once your item is shipped, the UPS or USA Post tracking information is entered in to our system, and you can check your order status. Also your email is entered into the UPS system and you should receive shipping notices from UPS.

Prices on the website, regular and sale, are for online orders only. Phone, fax, or email orders may or may not qualify for the same pricing. Prices are FOB our warehouse unless otherwise stated. We do our best to give you the best price on each item. However, sometimes pricing errors occur or pricing can change without prior notice. We will do our best to honour the price —but in some cases it may not be possible, and we reserve the right to cancel the order.
